Note: To include your listing in the Exceptional Homes by John L. Scott® luxury program, the following minimum list price must be met for each geographic area:

• $2,000,000 - King County (WA) (excluding South King County), Bainbridge Island (WA)

• $1,000,000 - All other counties that John L. Scott serves
