The gold package includes the materials detailed below. The cost of this package includes all creation/design. Printing/postage costs are additional and up to the discretion of the broker. The luxury marketing team can recommend local printers and assist with the printing process as desired.

• Folded Brochure - Choose between a horizontal brochure (shown in the thumbnail image and opening from bottom to top) or a vertical brochure (opening like a book from left to right)

• Postcard Series - Custom design of a Just Listed, Pending, and Just Sold postcard. Printing/mailing is at the discretion of the broker. All 3 files will be provided up front, but edits can be made later (i.e. edit to include sold price, days on market, etc.)

• Social Media Graphics - Facebook and Instagram graphics included in this package. Posting on personal social accounts is at the discretion of the broker. Posting on EH social channels can be arranged at the broker’s request.

• Features Flyer - One sheet detailing features/upgrades of the property (broker to supply features)

• Custom Website - Custom website with a custom domain and options to add unlimited photos, video, floor plans, and more (can be upgraded to an enhanced custom site for additional costs)

• New on Market Boost - Custom Boost ad coordinated between the luxury marketing team and Boost team
